How much time do I need to set up an appointment?
Depending on the time of year we can usually accommodate a shoot within 24 hours.
Is there a Cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with shorter notice a $50.00 fee may apply. There is no cancellation fee due to bad weather. In the event of inclement weather, your shoot will be rescheduled at no cost.
What is your turnaround time for delivery of pictures and tours?
Our turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours after payment is received or day of the shoot, which ever is later.
How are pictures delivered?
All pictures are delivered electronically. When your pictures and tours are ready you will receive an email with links to download your pictures as well as links for your tours.
Access to the property.
Either the home owner or real estate agent should be at the home to let the photographer in. If neither are available please provide lock box code and any gate codes when the appointment is set up.
Use of pictures and copyright.
Copyright for all pictures taken by SWFL Virtual Tours will remain the property of SWFL Virtual Tours. The real estate agent or owner will have license to use the photos as long as the listing remains with the agent. The pictures can be distributed and displayed in any promotional material print or digitally with the sale of related home. The agent is not allowed to sell the photos to another agent or agency. SWFL Virtual Tours will never sell any photos taken of an individual home to third parties. These pictures may be used as part of our portfolio and as examples of our work. Photos of common areas of communities or public spaces taken may be used for promotional purposes or available to third parties and the copyright of these photos will remain with SWFL Virtual Tours the agent or home owner will have a license to use these pictures but cannot distribut or sell them to third parties.
